Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Calendario Editoriale ("the tool"), operated by Giacomo Pagliarani ("we", "us"), handles information when a client authorizes it to publish content to their social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
What we access
When a client connects an account through that platform's own official authorization flow, we receive and store only what is strictly necessary to publish content on that account: an access/refresh token issued by the platform, and basic account identifiers (account ID, username). We do not request or store the account's password.
How we use it
Access tokens are used solely to publish video content that the client has reviewed and scheduled, directly to that client's own connected account. We do not use this access for any other purpose, and we do not read, analyze, or export the client's private data beyond what a given platform's API returns as part of the publishing flow itself.
Storage and sharing
Credentials are stored locally, are not shared with any third party, and are not sold or used for advertising purposes. Access tokens are kept only for as long as the client's engagement with us continues.
Revoking access
A client may revoke this tool's access to their account at any time, either directly from that platform's own app-permissions settings, or by contacting us (see below) to request that their account be disconnected and their stored credentials deleted.
