Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Calendario Editoriale ("the tool"), operated by Giacomo Pagliarani, by the business clients he works with as a social media consultant.

Service description

The tool allows an authorized client to schedule video content and, once that content is reviewed and approved by the client, publish it directly to the client's own connected social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

Authorization

Each account is connected only through that platform's own official authorization flow, and only with the account owner's explicit, ongoing consent. The client remains the owner and sole responsible party for their account and for the content published to it; we act only as the client's agent in carrying out publishing actions the client has already reviewed and approved.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content scheduled for publishing complies with the relevant platform's own terms of service and community guidelines, and with applicable law.

Revocation

A client may revoke this tool's access to their account at any time, through that platform's own permissions settings or by contacting us directly.

Limitation of liability

The tool is provided on a best-effort basis as part of an ongoing consulting engagement. We are not liable for actions taken by a third-party platform (including removal of content or suspension of an account) that are outside our control.
